Metal Cladding

Cladding is a durable, low-maintenance, and cost-effective building envelope. The systems constantly evolve as technologies improve and become more efficient.

But what are the benefits?

Low maintenance: Cladding is extremely low maintenance due to its durability and easy cleaning features.

Aesthetic value: One of the most common reasons that our clients choose to use exterior cladding on their building is the sleek, uniform appearance of the panels. Cladding panels are available in a wide variety of colours and profiles to instantly give your building a boost in kerb appeal.

Thermal performance: External cladding can help to improve the thermal insulation of a property vastly. Many industrial properties have little to no roof insulation, and an overlay or composite system could bring you in-line with modern regulations in no time.

Protection and safeguarding of the structure: External cladding is a great defender against the elements. Modern systems come with a 25-year guarantee against weathering and corrosion which offers your building structural protection.

Variety of uses: Cladding is an adaptable product that can be used in a variety of situations on roofs or walls. It can be used when constructing a new building, as an integral part of the new design. It can also be used when renovating or extending your current property. You may be adding a new extension, where cladding can be fitted to give an attractive and hard-wearing finish, or you may already have cladding that needs replacing.

We offer a state of the art range of cladding specifications to suit the needs of all our clients. Keep scrolling to learn more about the systems we offer.

Metal Cladding: About

Composite Panels

Composite panels are a single panel system with an LCBP-approved insulation core sandwiched between two steel panels, offering up to a 25-year guarantee period.

They are available in a range of thicknesses to achieve a range of U-values. The typical trapezoidal panel profile is cost effective, and can be coated in any RAL colour.

Architectural wall panels (AWP's) are available in many profiles and give an exceptional appearance.

Truro Overclad

In some cases overcladding is the most suitable way to revitalise an existing building. It is particularly useful when dealing with buildings made of asbestos as it contains the harmful material while being cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing and watertight.

A good example of how we can overclad a buidling is this project. Completed in 2021 in Truro this building was given a new lease of life with a stylish overclad and a new seamless aluminium guttering system
